About the New Local Mascot

The Hinase Kaki-Fes Executive Committee is seeking children from local Hinase east and west Elementary Schools to become promotional characters alongside Kaki-o and Kaki-ko, representing Hinase Town.

Today, we held a workshop with sixth graders at Nishi Elementary School on their school's strengths, promotional methods, and objectives during their first day back. Faculty and students from Okayama University of Commerce also came from Okayama to participate.

At the Autumn Oyster Festival on October 5th, we plan to display the works that passed the first round of judging for event attendees to see. What kind of characters will appear? Everyone, stay tuned!
